OUR STORY
Founded in 1970 by missionaries Billy Joe and Josephine Hart, Brazilian Children's Outreach exists to bring hope to at-risk Brazilian children through the transforming power of the gospel, giving them the tools to become productive citizens - healthy in mind, body, and spirit.
In the early days, BCO functioned primarily as an orphanage. While no longer an orphanage, BCO now reaches hundreds more children in various geographic areas through social assistance programs provided free of charge, all through faith-based curriculum.
Billy Joe and Josephine's children, James Hart and Teena Evans, have faithfully continued the work to the present day.
Brazilian Children's Outreach is a registered 501-C3 non-profit organization.
